The works comprises of the design and construction of an Office building with ground floor approximate size 60577mm long x 32600mm wide x 12400mm high overall on one suspended floor. The building comprises of main council chambers, offices, reception, registry, kitchen, Library, exhibition area, conference room courtyard etc. The Traditional Rulers Council Secretariat provides the Royal Fathers a world-class meeting point to contribute their quota in advancing a stronger Delta vision and also build a bridge of peace in their domains.
