The Nigerian Law School South South Regional Campus project was designed and project managed by Contemporary Design Associate (CDA. The master layout of the institution is based on the core concept approach. It has the administrative/Academic area as the central core with the other zones radiating from it.

The central core consists of the main auditorium, administrative building, the library, academic block and the trial court building.
