This is formerly the Delta State University, Anwai campus, Asaba Delta State. Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba is one of the three new universities established by the Delta State Government and approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2021. It is located at Anwai, annex to the Leisure Park and Film Village, Anwai, Delta State. The facility has 250 Seater Auditorium, 500 Seater Auditorium, Faculty of Agriculture Building with external beautification, Administrative Building, New Faculty of environmental science auditorium, school of Post Graduate Studies, Vice Chancellors lodge, a modern gate house , Deputy Vice Chancellor’s Lodge, etc.
