The Secretariat Complex is based on a simple traditional courtyard system. The offices are arranged in clusters around 5 number adjacent courtyards. This allows for adequate natural lighting and ventilation as well as guarantees openness required in carrying out government business and also save energy consumption. The space allocated for the development of the project is 200 x 70 m (14,000m2) or 1.4 hectares. This is a modern central secretariat that has improved the efficiency of government operations
