The Ogun state model colleges located at Ewekoro and Ago Iwoye were designed and built by Contemporary Properties Limited (CPL).
The projects consists of an Administrative Building, Offices, Class Rooms, Laboratories, Two (2) hostel blocks (Male & Female), workshops etc.
